Acceptance
1. By including your organisations details on ‘The Dating Singles Directory’, at www.1st4-dating.co.uk you are agreeing to the conditions set out below.
2. Featured Sites, with screen shot adverts, not renewed on or before the expiry date may lose its page position. In the event of a dispute NewFriends4U.com Ltd decision is final.
3.We do not use advert rotation, therefore a given advert will be exclusive for that category in the position and period paid for.
4. When you register and place your advertisement payment shall not be deemed to be accepted until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding.
5. If necessary we have the sole right to amend the wording of your description. By agreeing with these terms, you consent to the wording we place on the site.
6. Chosen categories must represent your site's service. We have the sole right to adjust any selected category if inappropriate to one, which we feel is correct for your site.
7. We do not accept advertisement from websites of the same theme-set. Your service or product must be relevant to ‘The Dating & Singles Directory'. General advertising is not accepted.
8. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement. Any advertisement deemed by us to contain unsuitable subject matter will be refused. All sales are final and ‘No Refunds’ will be made.
9. We cannot guarantee the click-thru ratio, this is dependant upon the quality of your advert and website.
10. Our traffic figures quoted are typical examples and not a guarantee.

Warranty
When registering you warrant that you own the material that you supplied to us and the information is accurate and not misleading in any way. Your web site or information does not contain anything obscene, indecent or illegal.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any and all losses or damage caused to us, or our site or its reputation as a result of any failure by you, or on your behalf, to comply with these terms & conditions.
Amendments
We reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time. You agree it is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions for any changes.
Ownership of data
The data in our databases and on our website are owned by us, except that supplied by you. You cannot copy it, publish it or reproduce it to any third party without our agreement. You consent to our linking or otherwise making provision for our site to lead to yours and to our use if we see fit of your trade mark/s, text and graphics, indeed anything contained in or referred to on your submitted website, provided only that our use is limited to The Dating & Singles Directory website.
Currency
All prices mentioned on this site are in pound sterling.
Advertisements
We reserve the right to reject advertisements not in compliance with these Advertising Standards, and we reserve the right to change these Advertising Standards at any time, without notice.
Our disclaimer
Whilst we will use all reasonable efforts to provide the service we offer, our liability in so far as we can exclude it in law, is so excluded except up to the amount of monies paid to us by you for the service in question. We give no representation that the information on this site is full and complete. No warranties, whether express or implied, are given in relation to this site or the services it offers. We do not accept any responsibility for any virus contracted as a result of visiting this site or any of the other sites referred to. In any event we disclaim any liability for consequential loss. Termination
We can terminate this agreement forthwith if we have reason to believe you have breached the terms of this agreement. You can terminate this agreement by not renewing your subscription at the end of its term.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any notice required to be given to us can be given by e-mail or pre-paid letter at our contact address
Severance
If any parts of this agreement are found to be unenforceable, void, illegal or invalid they shall be severed from this agreement and all the other provisions shall remain in force in full both as to force and effect.
